Aleksandra Vujinović is an experienced corporate attorney specializing in the legal structuring of cannabis enterprises. With a background in M&A, venture capital, and private equity, she advises founders, investors, and companies on legally compliant and sustainable business models in the cannabis sector. In 2023, she co-founded the Cannabis Law Academy (CLA) — Germany’s leading digital platform for legal and operational support tailored to cannabis clubs. Through CLA+, she also leads the development of a curated partner network that connects cannabis clubs with trusted service providers across the ecosystem. Aleksandra offers strategic legal guidance for establishing and operating cannabis clubs and third-party service companies within Germany’s evolving regulatory landscape. She also serves on the Legal & Ethics Board of the EmpowHer Society, supporting the voices of women in the cannabis space. Her work bridges legal expertise and practical industry insight to help shape a transparent, inclusive, and future-oriented cannabis market in Europe.
